Hi there!
Are you thinking of taking English in years 11 to 13? Then hold that thought! As the global language English is simply too important to be ignored! However, you still have to decide if a basic course (Grundkurs) or a major course (Leistungskurs) is better suited to your interests and abilities. The more questions you have answered with yes, the better suited you are for an English major course! If you can’t tick all the boxes yet but still feel that you want to major in English, don’t be disheartened! It is also your determination and your mind-set that counts! If you want to be able to say yes to all the questions above and if you are prepared to work for this, then you will also be a good candidate for our English major class!
